STEAMED WHOLE BARRAMUNDI (ASIAN) A whole barramundi tenderly steamed and sauteed in melted butter and rice wine. Topped with lemon grass and finished by adding sweet soya or chilli sauce. $20.00
SALT & PEPPER BARRAMUNDI WITH SWEET SOY & CHILLI Bite size piece of succulent spring water barramundi, seasoned by five different spices and covered in a sesame dressing, garnished in a sweet chilli and soy sauce. Served with fresh vegetables and mixed lettuce. $20.00
BARRAMUNDI SASHUMI (JAPANESE) Fresh raw, very finely sliced local barramundi fillets, served with a soya and horse-raddish dipping sauce. $20.00
WHOLE PAN FRIED BARRAMUNDI (AUSTRALIAN) Whole barramundi pan fried in white wine, lemon and lime juices added to create a fruity tantalising taste. A beautiful "barra" experience. $20.00
WHOLE BARRAMUNDI HERBS AND TOMATO Whole Barramundi baked to seal in all natural flavors. Then pan fried in olive oil and tomatoes, which softens the barramundi into a tender mouth-watering delicacy, garnished with tomatoes and herb mixture. Definately the catch of the day. $20.00
